I have a physician colleague who is gaslighting and trying to manipulate me. He is trying to dictate my schedule and my patient load. My boss seems somewhat aware but not doing anything. This is going on for 3 years. I want to have a frank discussion with my boss but scared of the repercussions.

I signed for a new job two months ago and will start next month (3 mo notice period in Europe). I just finished a big jury trial with a senior partner (SP). There were co-parties w/separate counsel. SP mentally checked out, to the point that co-counsel was asking what SP was doing/if SP was okay. I ended up handling most everything. SP did a few parts but went rogue and did things that were offensive/risky/bad for client. It became clear that SP is not performing like SP used to and may be a liability. Do I tell someone at my firm? Don’t want to offend SP or cause drama, but I’m concerned.

People in my team they don't come with me for breaks. (They blame the timings are different since they sit in crits but i don't think so because they have their own group of friends to go with)
