I have a question about the Flex Points. If the cart value exceeds the given flex points, How the money for points which are beyond the given points deducted from the salary? Is it like monthly equal deduction or one time deduction in the next months’s salary?

I joined on 28th November and was told that the payroll team will contact me before 15th for payroll setup.

I have opened a new salary account with icici for gds but still have not been contacted by payroll team.

Will I get salary this month or will it be carried over to next month as my payroll is not setup and in orientation it was told that the cutoff date is 15th of every month.
