I have accepted a job offer from Paytm with a 45 LPA package for a PM role. After I accepted this offer and started disclosing this with my friends (including ex Paytm employees), I realised that I was offered a lower position. All my batchmates were in DGM positions (mine: Senior Manager 05A with the same work exp as them). I discussed this with Paytm HR several times, but there hasn't been any change.

My dilemma… I am an injury adjuster at a carrier experiencing high inventory that’s barely manageable. A competitor offered a higher salary and manageable workload.
