I joined IBM on 30 May 22 & bench since then (Skillset: D 365 F&O)
There are no projects & my PSP told me to get allocated into AX 2012 which is an older versiom of the ERP software.
I got an automated mail today saying:
"Any refusal to accept available assignments offered by WFM Manager or to participate in interviews will be viewed as failure to comply with instructions of management & will attract disciplinary action."
Will I be forced to resign if I do not join a random project?

Wanted to highlight Prudential Financial’s hiring practices. They rescinded my offer once I attempted to negotiate the salary. The official reason given was that I didn’t “sound excited enough”.
They then admittedly gave the offer to someone who was less qualified. There were other red flags throughout the job offer process that the HR team should overall be ashamed of.

Cogno AI Hey fishes, One of my friends, got offer in cognizant. She have an epfo account with inactive UAN and she changed her name in aadhar recently and this epfo account has the past name. So she raised request for name change 2 months ago and still it's processing. waiting on a final written offer, messaged the recruiter yesterday but received an automatic reply stating she won’t be back until tomorrow.
