I gave an interview for product owner with Capgemini on the 3rd of November, they said they will respond back with the results by this week, however from the tone of it, looked pretty promising. However on following up this week I understand they are interviewing other candidates and based on all interviews they will take a call and currently the my profile is on hold. I would like to understand from my fellow fishes is this a normal practice at Capgemini hiring process or it’s a reject?

Recently interviewed at Adobe, it was great. Even the senior designer I was connected with escalated it a lot. But then suddenly after the last interview, I haven’t heard in a week from them even after multiple follow ups. Recruiter said she will reach out on Monday, but even Tuesday passed now. Should I wait a week or move on for other offers?
