I have an invoice that’s been sitting for weeks. I’ve sent three reminders already, and I need to send another tomorrow to get this thing paid this year. I don’t want to sound passive-aggressive, but the deadline is looming. Any suggestions for phrasing a final reminder to get a quick signature?

It sounds like you've already run out of time. Even if anyone is there tomorrow to receive your invoice, there's probably not much chance they'll cut a check or wire you the money right away. The time to get it paid this year was two or three weeks ago. You might as well send yet another reminder, and perhaps there will be a New Year's Eve miracle, but I wouldn't bet on it.

Just wanted to follow up. Did you get the bill paid in time? Because at a certain point you gotta stop being passive aggressive and just go straight to aggressive lol.

I am trying to figure out how to switch to SWE. I have a masters in civil engineering and have a good background in higher level math. It looks like the better coding boot camps are quite expensive. The alternative is another masters in CS which is the same cost as many boot camps. Any recommendations on picking between a coding boot camp and getting another masters degree in CS? I’m looking to get into the best position possible after getting an education in CS (get a job quick and good pay).

Hi all, I have about 7 years of professional experience but only one year as a Customer Success Manager. I work on mid market accounts currently. I love my job, but would prefer to support a more robust platform that will allow me to add more value for my customers.

I’d appreciate your thoughts on what compensation you might expect for a CSM transitioning to a new company with one year of experience.

To clarify, I don’t have an offer yet, I’m just looking to make a move.

Thank you!
