I have an offer from HCL and I am planning to accept it as well. Just want to know about the variable payout (performance bonus) before accepting as these were not discussed during HR round. "The offer says 8% performance bonus. How is this performance bonus paid? Quarterly or annually? If it's annual and suppose I join in Aug 2022 will I be able for variable payout from Apr 2023 on prorate basis or will be getting the variable only after completing one year."

Hi there - my company is returning to office next month. Hybrid to begin before they ramp up to 5 days back in office by end of year.
