I have an offer from optum, SG 28. Can someone help with following questions?
- I am to report at JP nagar office. But would like to work from Manyata office as it's near by for me. Is this possible?
- What are normal office hours? Is it always 2:30PM to 10:30PM? If yes any ashift allowances?
- Are there any plans to increase office days from current 10? How is handled - employee discretion?
- What's the minimum office hours?
- Are cab facilities provided?

For a different location in same city you can raise building access, mostly manager will approve.
Office timings are not fixed . Currently no fix duration mandatory to stay in office.
Cab facilities are available, there are different common slots for pickup and drop from nearby boarding points.

How is product manager role ? Can anyone give me an idea? I am an Abap developer with 12+ years. Was not happy with my appraisal and let VP know that I wanted to move out of my current role. There is a chance I might get the role.
But still not sure what a product manager does in sap product company. Is it a role where I can see good growth in my career?

Any advice will be very helpful from other product managers or people who know what happens in this role.

Which one to choose between Optum and Tiger Analytics for Data Scientist position? Faced this weird behaviour from Optum recently. Gave interview for Data Scientist position. HR said feedback is positive. Asked for documents. It's been month now since I have shared the documents. I have no update on the offer. Today I called HR, she called me back saying the position is on hold due to recalibration in team, She has shared interview feedbacks to other teams and will get back to me in couple of days. Hi guys,

I switched 20 days back to Optum. I have 7 years of experience working as a full stack Engineer, who is passionate working on both front end and back end on latest technologies. But my project is working only on back end with 10 years old tech stack. There is no front end work at all. What should I do?
I don't like working here at all, but I am not sure whether moving out again in a month will give bad Impression on my resume. Hence please give me advice on this situation
