I have an offer with Capgemini for banglore location. They are not giving my preferred location Coimbatore. Now I am getting a interview call from Capgemini for Coimbatore location . And they are saying it's for different project and they will release the offer if I am getting selected. Is it possible to get two offer letter for diff location in Capgemini? Please someone clarify this

Should I wait or move on for infosys (gave interview on 1 Nov 2022 and selected) company?

My firm’s IT (especially system saving and file locating function) is so bad 😐😞 and they keep doing updates no one asked them for just to mess with the stuff we already got a hang of without doing anything about the issues we actually need fixed. Anyone else in a similar boat? Do you bill the client for the time it takes to fix the IT issue (or IT inefficiency generally, like time taken to find a file in a convoluted system)? Or is that supposed to be our non-billable time?

But keep getting told by recruiters that I don't have enough experience to be a Consultant or Manager but that I have too much experience to enter in every level such as a Senior Associate.
