I have an opportunity to go work for two people who are well known in my industry where I’d work more than I currently do but learn a ton and get paid more. Otherwise I can stay in my current role where I’m not learning much, but have great WLB and am on track for a promotion where I’d nearly double my salary in the next 3-5 years but don’t expect to learn much more. Thoughts on which option makes the most sense for someone in their low 30s.
