2. Which technical skills they would interview me for? (given that I have few months of full time experience in my current firm & prior Indian irrelevant experience)

3. Do you enjoy the working or does it get monotonous after few projects?

Accounting advisory big4 or IA at F100. Both senior roles. Roughly same base pay.

Big4 has clear trajectory and interesting work.

F100 has 14% bonus, perm remote, and immediate vesting 401k over 7%.

What would you take?

I got an offer 78K, and just got a new one from another firm. (80K)

I am trying to negotiate the salary to 82K as my target...
