I have attended an IBM interview. Next interview with the client happened. But the call got scheduled. But i didn't get a new invitation. I follow up with HR. HR communicated that the openings are closed. If there is a new opening then IBM will reach out to me and an interview will happen from the first step!

Please give me a rough estimate on how much hike we can expect in my annual salary revision. I expected 8LPA when I joined. They gave me 5LPA with a promise of revision in 3months after joining. They inc it to 7.75LPA after 4m and during appraisal cycle gave 25k 11months to make it to 8LPA. In Oct my hike is due, so I would to like negotiate my hike. Please let me know how much I can ask for.
