I have been applying at Exon mobil for last 1yr for project engineer post,which matches my current working profile. but getting rejected mulitple times without even interview. I have more than 5 yrs experience in oil and gas with my current t company. I had asked expected salary as 30 lakhs. I thought it's a fair ask since it's 20% more than my current. But I wonder now, is this the reason for my rejection . If anyone has any suggestion , Please do suggest.
