I have been interviewed in Accenture and received offer letter, submitted documents for BGV as well on 20th Aug, its been more than 2 months, BGV is in pending state. All my documents are genuine, still taking long time. Worried about this. can any one tell me is this the case with anyone. and more over I have received Accenture Red Carpet mail for 29th sept. please share your experience.

They did not have a detailed discussion regarding the compensation .
But they told i will be getting link for uploading documents and then hr would be discussing for compensation.

Within my first year of Consulting, really struggling with the hours amongst other things. Hi, I am looking for job change and I have 2.4 years of experience and now currently working under finance and accounting team.

I cleared technical round and during final call with HR, my salary expectations were higher as per HR.

My current CTC is 9lpa, skill-IAM and Java, YOE-3. I asked for 14lpa, best they could give was 11lpa. I know I asked a lot.

She didn't care to negotiate and cut my call and now they put my candidature on hold. Can I expect call back? Or i can consider myself rejected?
