I have choosen Tsys over hcl, and tsys has already matched hcl offer. Now i am thinking to join Tsys only as it is product based . Just wanted to ask whether I am doing the right thing? I have decent knowledge on Java and a bit of Spring boot.
I am currently employed in a service based organisation.
I want to shift to a product based organisation for better quality work and obviously better pay.
