I have been looking for a job for the past 9 months. If I'm lucky i get an interview, if I'm really lucky I get a second interview but I think because of my age and a single parent and need very reasonable flexibility I'm discarded and now that its been so long i have a gap in my resume. Its crazy while i was working i was judged for for not having a family now i have one i am not able to get a job. Apparently being middle aged single parent doesn't fall under diversity
