I have been trying to multi-thread deals more intentionally, but I always worry it will come off as pushy or like I’m going around someone. I’ll map out 3–5 stakeholders and then talk myself out of reaching out because I don’t want to create internal drama. At the same time, single-threaded deals are so fragile. How are you multi-threading right now without feeling like you’re spamming a whole org?
