I cleared technical round and during final call with HR, my salary expectations were higher as per HR.

My current CTC is 9lpa, skill-IAM and Java, YOE-3. I asked for 14lpa, best they could give was 11lpa. I know I asked a lot.

Anyone else in consulting feel like you don’t have principals/partners that stand up for you? On a project where the project team (including our principal) and client sponsors collaborated on an awesome roadmap and the client leadership (aka PEG) wasn’t buying it.
