I have been working in wells fargo for a year now. I think it's a big big mistake that I joined this company.
The pay is not great. The hikes are below average ( less than 10%). They expect us to spend 9 hrs in office, which means 2 hrs on commute, so total 11-12 hours of your day dedicated just got office. It's a monarchy rule here. Your voice doesn't matter. You might think you will be able to survive, but don't make this mistake! BIG NO TO WELLS FARGO. POOR CULTURE. POOR MANAGEMENT

Thoughts on leaving PA primarily due to the metrics based culture (utilization, dtc, use of X digital tool, revenue, margin, etc).
