I have cleared all interview rounds. The recruiter offered me 8 lpa fixed although I already have an offer from Accenture of 10.5 lpa fixed and 21 percent variable. I denied the Deloitte USI offer. As I hold 3.6 yrs experience they were offering me an Analyst role. After one day again the recruiter called me and asked me about my experience. It's been 6 days. In the portal it's showing an Offer in progress. Does anyone have any ideas about this? What's gonna happen?

My family situation is already complicated, my mom and dad are not on good terms so we don’t live together and when I move it’ll get worse. I gave my various rounds of interview in Deloitte USI 2 months ago, and since then till last Friday it was showing " interview in progress" on their job portal, HR said earlier that we are interviewing other candidates. I got an offer from Amazon last week and asked Deloitte recruiter to speed up the process, i didn't get any reply on my email but now it's showing " review in progress" on the job portal. What does it mean? Shall I wait for Deloitte offer or take Amazon's offer.

I gave the final round interview Of audit analyst in Deloitte someone will tell how I will know. am i selected or not. Or how many days i have to wait for any kind of mail by HR?
