I have cleared all rounds for Senior Software Developer(Java) for NAB Gurugram,Harayana , then they asked me what CTC I have in mind. I told them the amount I am looking for and told them I have an offer but I am open to negotiation. But then they said give us some time. Now the recruiter is not answering my calls. Just wanted to know, if I reject the offer of TCS, will they put me in blacklist or something?
Or If i accept and not join them, will it have some consequences?

Fish on visa - do you put ‘Candidate requires sponsorship’ on your resume ? I feel it is a time waste to get interview calls and anticipation only to find out they don’t sponsor on the call.

But I have not told the HR that I have already joined an oragnistion and on probation since 1 month NO salary drawn yet.
