I have cleared all the rounds of interviews at TCS. During the HR salary discussion round, which took place on September 24, 2024, I presented a counteroffer. The HR representative mentioned that she needs approval to match the counteroffer. How long does it typically take to receive this approval? Will they comeback with revised offer?

What is the maximum CTC I can ask during HR discussion?
I am 4 years experienced. Current CTC - 8 LPA. Have another offer for 11.5 LPA.
