Depends on whether you left on good terms and maintained relationships. I’ve rehired some folks without formal interviews and some we thought it would be beneficial to interview - not just for us but also for them to make sure we are still a good fit.
I would give one of our contacts a call. Partner, if you’ve maintained a relationship will make it easier, but reach out to others as well, so they can get a referral bonus for you.
Quite a few boomerangs in the firm. I hope you and D1 rejoin the ranks.
Thank you. I used to work with a SM who’s recently promoted . Maybe I should reach out to him
Apply online or reach out to someone you knew..... I left 9 months ago and applied for a job at EY and the recruiters instantly replied back. Thinking about a boomerang myself
OP and D1: if you don't mind me asking, what's the motivation to head back? Just curious
Go back. Reach out to whoever you were closest to there in leadership and ask what the process is. They will take it from there.
