I have got an offer from Wells Fargo for control management associate.
The salary they are offering is 8.5 lakhs and HR mentioned that this is the maximum salary that can be provided as this is the upper limit for this role.

Is this correct?

Also, I wanted to know how the bonus works in Wells Fargo?
As HR has quoted bonus of 50k which is not even 10% of the salary ordered.
