I have got an offer in EY Senior Consultant 2 - Rank42 for 16.5 LPA Fixed Plus 10 percent variable pay which is around 35 percent hike of my currentb CTC, But i expected around 20 LPA as fixed and my joining date is June 1st, i tried negotiating but the HR said this is what we can offer, you can check for other companies, and its been 2 to 3 weeks since i got the offer, can i try negotiating now with the HR Again for 20LPA of atleast max they can offer?

I joined Accenture 5 months back as a lateral hire ( Level 11 ) and have been a part of a project since day one.

I am not enjoying my work here, no motivation at all. Dreaded to report to work and having stress and anxiety. My manager is trying to micromanage me as productivity is on the lower side.
