I have joined Capgemini technology services india today at Senior Manager designation, grade-D1 with 15% variable component in my Ctc.
Any idea if this variable is 100% paid by default to all?

The second project/client they tagged asking me to wrok on FTP L1 Monitoring and t-shoot.
Again this is not relevant to my exp(6 years in Network).

How to get released from this? the upper line is not in touch with me not they responding with update
