I have joined this organisation recently where in Theres US timing and I was selected for this particular client . The timings are 12 pm first stand up then till 9,9:30 pm but expectation is to be available till late night as client is tricky to be on call anytime they are calling
I have a kid 21 months old, and i am not able to manage both, have mailed my manager that this timing will hamper my productivity, i am not the best fit but he asked me to adjust how to proceed
