I have offer from deloitte USI but they are giving joining date to be 11th of October, my other offers have joining date from 21th to 27th. So, to join delliote I will have to cancel all offers and wait till 11th, I am kind of worried that I will have no backup at that point if delliote holds. I wanted to know, Does delliote puts position on hold sometimes?

I’ve got about 20 years cross channel experience in marketing, split between big brands and startups, and I’m considering pivoting into a data science/data analyst role. Guys, I interviewed at amex gurgaon 10days ago and was told by VP that I will hear from HR very soon. But when I checked on HR yesterday, she said interviews are still in progress and it will take a week more to finalize.
