One query, I have received an offer letter from Wipro (Career Group: C1) with package of 28 LPA, out of which INR 420000 is allocated as 'Variable Pay' which will be paid on quarterly basis'. Need to know how much % would generally be paid out? Is it 100% or less as per the individual/organization performance.

How is Bain & Company’s Healthcare Practice? I know McK is solid for physicians and military folk, but I don’t know anything about how Bain would be for a doc
