I have offers for a Data role at both Thoughtworks and BP (British Petroleum), what should I do?

I've heard good things about the work culture at Thoughtworks regarding employee satisfaction and flexibility, which are primary concerns for me.

I'm not exactly sure about bp, but they've been rapidly expanding recently and are a Fortune 25 company.

Product based vs service based.

One major issue with Thoughtworks is the location for the role is Bangalore instead of Pune. Can this be negotiated?

My boss in my creative agency threatened to fire me because I, a male, came into work with my nails painted. HR is having a very complicated day today as I found out I could take legal action if he does fire me since we don't have an established dress code that has any guidelines against male nail polish wearing.

My DOJ with PWC AC Bangalore is in the first week of April 2022 as per Offer Letter. YESTERDAY evening I have received an E-Mail stating my DOJ is changed to 03-Mar-2022 which is TODAY. I have contacted my HR, they said they will look into it. I am worried. What should I do? Is my offer letter still valid?

I recently joined TW some months back and I dont know why I think have made a wrong choice for myself. I am feeling like I am lost. I am not able to fit in in this high expectations environment.
