I got a call from the Google recruiter about my L7 em interview Google She said I did overwhelmingly good on all interviews except one had mixed feedback on a system design. No surprise because it was not a good interview. The recruiter said i had a choice to go to hiring committee, give referrals they could call about my system design or take another system design interview. I’m not confident about the system design because of the bad experience I had with the previous interviewer. What should I do?

(CONTD) I go on the job's company page on Linkedin & search for someone who works in HR or is a Vice President for the company, & send the person a personalized invitation with the connection request I send that says I applied for a certain job and that I would love to connect with them for a 15-20 min phone call. Lately, I've been noticing I haven't been receiving responses from people whom I have been reaching out to.
In addition, I call, leave voicemails, and emails for Recruiters and get NO RESPONSE!!! WTF DUDE?!! Like I literally am beginning to lose some hope that I will find anything before the year is over. I honestly dont know wth the purpose of Linkedin is besides people showing off th,e fact that they just accepted a new job and not helping anyone else find one!!!
I also tailor my resume to every job I apply to which is beyond draining. I just recently started using a functional resume. I'm not looking forward to the holidays nor am I in the mood for them either. At this point, I am STRONGLY considering relocation because I live in an extremely overly saturated area where there are over 200,000 federal govt. employees working there. As a result of this being the case, there are too many ppl who are unemployed & there are not enough jobs for everyone.
In addition, I am required by the Unemployment office to complete 3 or more workshops which can be super time consuming.
I have no idea how the job market is in other Southern states; however, I am willing to try it because where I am currently living is OUT-FREAKING-RAGEOUS!!!!
Does anyone have any helpful tips to share with who found a new job?

I’m really sorry you’re feeling like this — unemployment can take such a heavy toll, and three months can feel much longer when you’re stressed. Please don’t beat yourself up for struggling. Your energy, sleep and mood are all connected, so it makes sense you’re feeling drained. Try to take things one day at a time and be kind to yourself. Even small routines, like a short walk or a set time to switch off from job hunting, can help you feel a bit more grounded. You’re not alone in feeling this — and you won’t stay stuck here forever.
Sorry to hear this. Being laid off really is a colossally negative event, and it's hard to navigate (as I know from my own recent experience). Don't take it personally if you can't get people on the phone, there are a lot of people looking for work, and a lot of hiring managers insulate themselves as they don't have time to speak with everyone. Just stay persistent, that's what is ultimately going to work for you.
I gave up on LinkedIn, everything I looked at or was contacted by was either outright scams or not as advertised.

I have experienced some good experiences on LinkedIn. I have also been contacted by startups which is not something I am interested in. I never excelled when working in a small company and I believe that working for a startup wouldn’t be a good fit.
