I have received an offer for a position of Senior Consultant at Infosys MFGDCG. They have offered a rise of 45 percent from whatever I am getting at HM.

I currently work as a lead consultant at Happiest minds with over 9 YOE. The company wants to retain me matching the package and the role. The manager I work with is good and the company is thriving.
I wanted to understand how it is to work with Infosys under their domain consultn. group & if it is good to stay or make a switch. Please help.

Joined in Oct for SAP functional. Now one manager who interviewed me reached out that there is a training material developer project which will start on 20 nov for Oracle timeline is 2 months only and SAP projects are in pipeline there was one coming but no guarantee if its final and if it has to come it will be in this month because in dec new projects do not onboard. I have worked on oracle in the past but now am fully into SAP. Should I take this project or wait until Jan for SAP project?

With my partner we are considering making a move to the countryside of Switzerland, with a gorgeous RE project offering incredible views on immaculate mountains and lake. However, it is far away, and will require 1h+ train/car commute vs. 10 min biking right now. We are scared it will bite us back at some point, although COVID helped w/ remote working being a new norm. The project will be done 2024, so I hope to have a more relax job by then. Any similar experience to share?

Hello everyone! How do you manage holiday pay when the holiday is on a Saturday/ Sunday.
