I have received an offer from Citi, Pune.
My joining date would be around mid August.
Also, I'm expecting to become a father by November end😇, i.e. after 3 months.

I wanted to know-
1. What's the probation period in Citi Pune.
2. What's the paternity leave duration for fathers (I think it's 1 month, but it would be helpful if anyone can confirm)
3. Will I be valid to claim paternity leave, since it would be just after 3 months of joining.
