7 years 25 LPA is less than market standard. What is your skill btw ?
For service based math is year of experience× 2
For product based its yoe×3..
What you get is stable one i think its safe to get less salary and escape from layoff but what u getting is decent, just take the offer and observe how the 2026 market is going. Then still if you feel low you can switch after a year

Good for first offer . As per experience you should look for 30-35 LPA . Use this as base offer.
