I have recently cleared 2 technical round interview at Accenture. During HR discussion, she told that my expected salary is not within level 9 range and project doesn't have any level 8 requirement. But these were all discussed before interview scheduling, then why the interviews were scheduled? Now they have kept my profile on hold saying compensation mismatch

I am currently working in as Oracle JDE an S&D consultant for last 2 years, how can I make a switch to a profile of Oracle SCM cloud. Since recruiters are looking for the candidate with relevant experience only theoretical knowledge doesn’t help they need a candidate with practical Experience who has worked on an project So can anybody help me to understand how can one switch the technology from JD Edwards to SCM Cloud ?

I had cleared all the rounds in S&P and had salary discussion 1.5 month back. The HR is always saying the management is on leave and will soon get the approval and release offer. Today she shas asked for one more week to release the offer. Should I wait for it or move on. Are they waiting for some other candidate to join before rejecting me at last moment. Should I Go Back and Reneg? Recently I was offered a role as a Project Implementation Manager (In Retirement Services) .The salary range for Colorado residents was 65-89K. I’m located in NY so the recruiter said he would try to get me more. Ultimately he came back at 90K which is a bit inline with that I was seeing on Glassdoor but approx looks like I may leave 10-12K on the table. I accepted already but may get an offer from another HR company in account management around 90-100K. Need advice
