I have seen a drop in grooms this year, when we are supposed to be our busiest time of year I am seeing my employer and other employees take on the same amount of dogs and they just aren't scheduling me much, There was a lost of trust somewhere. I have been at the same spot for 6 years now and thinking that it is time for a change, they won't speak to me or give me feedback. Instead, I'm just watching my paychecks drop with no explanation. I'm at the point of just leaving. Anyone else feel me?

If they aren’t going to talk to you, there isn’t much for you to do. Start looking, and I hope you find something else soon. Stick around until you find another job. A dwindling paycheck is better than none.

I very much want to leave. I'm so over this place. There aren't many jobs being posted in my area though and I can't move, so I'm pretty much stuck until something comes along. Have you thought about setting up your own business? I use a mobile grooming service for my pup and, as far as I know, it's a one-person operation. That might be a good option for you if you're not getting paid enough at your job.

I’m sober curious. I’m also about to help a new non-alcoholic spirit company with their launch.
I have a question for people in recovery. If a brand were to contend that sobriety is a spectrum, or allow for that to a least be part of the conversation, how does that make you feel? Are other brands doing a good job of being inclusive of people who are truly sober?
(I get that NA drinks / spirits can be triggering for people in recovery)
