If they aren’t going to talk to you, there isn’t much for you to do. Start looking, and I hope you find something else soon. Stick around until you find another job. A dwindling paycheck is better than none.
I very much want to leave. I'm so over this place. There aren't many jobs being posted in my area though and I can't move, so I'm pretty much stuck until something comes along. Have you thought about setting up your own business? I use a mobile grooming service for my pup and, as far as I know, it's a one-person operation. That might be a good option for you if you're not getting paid enough at your job.

Its such a horrible time to leave a job but sounds like they're excluding you or pushing you out anyway. Start the job search, line something up first. Then take the leap.

That sounds like favoritism or they are deliberately trying to push you out or force you to quit. I’d definitely look into other employment opportunities

Definitely look and apply to other jobs. Maybe set up a side hustle and start grooming yourself? You never know - might turn into a booming business.

That’s really tough—being left in the dark like that is so discouraging. After six years, you definitely deserve communication and respect.
