Unless you get some high up approvals, I’m talking Julie level, you ain’t getting paid. Sorry my friend.
You should know the answer before ever asking. We get endless messages about the multiple policies this violates
I’m afraid of the perception in the group if I ask for approval and plus how it would seem if there’s an audit, I don’t know if they would believe that I actually never submitted them. Also since the conf codes are expired, do I submit them to a related client code n mark it unrecoverable expense?
Most are from 2023-2025. The 2018 ones are mainly client dinners I paid for. I have untreated adhd and I think this is somewhat related to it. I want to do better in the future but also don’t know if I should completely ignore such a big amount
I have been able to get up to an year old expenses approved but anything older than that maybe really hard (and potentially in policy violation as noted by EY2)
As long as you have room on your ecode to eat up, I would go ahead and submit expenses, at least 2023-2025 ones just put the justification that audit is fine with
