Hcl - 18 lpa + 1 lac bonus (deputy manager e2.2)
Hexaware - 18 lpa + 1 lac bonus + 1 jb ( senior specialist)
Deloitte usi - 18.5 lpa + 10% bonus + 1.5 lac jb (lsa)

Which one is better and why?

Is it better to join Fidelity ( FIS) or Accenture as a dotnet developer with 3 years of experience. My only concern is learning new technologies like Azure cloud and devops.

Salary- ~48k w/ draw up to about 80k, full OTE with commissions should be ~170000, this is all increased by kickers every 250k in sales that increase commission/draw

My questions is if the draw is removed, how much salary should I be asking for?
