Guys, i joined a company for 13lpa(prod firm) but i didnt sign any Agreement or offer letter on first day as HR was busy. Second day morning i got a call from another firm where my 2nd round was on hold. Now i cleared it. Its 17lpa. Should i think ethically and continue or switch to new one ?? The second one permanent work from home and comparatively bigger product company. Personally i am very much confused and stuck actually. also not sure how to handle this.

Currently not ADD but I do have severe narcolepsy with cataplexy. Everyday I wake up feeling like I haven’t slept 3 days. Cataplexy is sudden loss of muscle tone. Currently on Adderall for it and have been for 5 years. Without it and my ven. I collapse 10-20 times a day. My doctor has left the practice and replacement asshole with a Ph.d says I need a new sleep study and won’t prescribe my prescription until I have it done. I am Covid pos and now can’t get in to get a sleep study. Am I fucked?

Hi, tomorrow I have to submit my resignation in current company to meet DOJ deadline in new company. I recently joined org A in Oct 2021 and the company have said no position open after I join so I had to move to a new org B in Jan 2022, in org B as well similar kind of problem so I had to look for a new company for which I have a offer now. Bad management , no heed to genuine concerns in the project and unit..in Infosys
Am stepping into a new phase of life personally in a month so was holding the switch..
But forcing WFO and wasting 4 hrs in commute and traffic jams can do nothing good but cause frustration..
How to deal with all this?
