In my offer letter it stated a signing bonus to be paid on the first available payroll after my start date. Its been a month since my first paycheck and HR and the Payroll team are incredibly unresponsive to my inquiry on where this bonus is. What’s the next course of action? Legal? I’m not at ACN anymore so not looking for ACN-specific advice.

I got an offer from Deloitte India and KPMG Global Services into deal advisory role. The salary difference is not very much but I'm confused now which one to join.
In both the companies I have to work with international clients.

Received selection confirmation email from FIS global, asked me documents on 28 Sep, and discussed salary over phone. I had Confirmed them on 29 sep. HR told me will release the offer by EOD on 29 sep, I didn't received any letter yet, yesterday I asked HR to release the offer letter, she said by EOD will get as final approval from BU head is pending, I didn't receive any letter yesterday, called today, she said, they are releasing for java candidates now, will release mine in next week,
