How much time does Ltts takes to release offer letter? They had asked me the relevant documents last Thursday and waiting for their offer letters.Also if I have to choose between Cognizant and Ltts , both offering almost same package, which one to prefer?

I've been working at my company just over a year and am still waiting on my 1 year review where a raise was to be discussed (other EA got raise at 1 year review and most raises happen at yearly reviews). However, company have just changed their policy to only review salaries in Jan (change came in after my year mark). I'm having a lot of trouble pinning my manager down for my annual review to even discuss my performance, let alone the raise. Feeling the undervalued (and now underpaid):

They responded back telling me that they’ll have an update for me the next week. Again I emailed them on Thursday asking if they have anything for me before the long weekend ( Good Friday & Easter). I asked him to write a code and he turned off his video. I kept asking if he could hear me on call and chat. Then he put himself on mute. He said that we can wrap up the interview in chat. Did I scare him off? I feel bad. 😟

Now I saw the bill was generated after 2 months of usage. When enquired the customer care said since it's a postpaid plan and company keeps 1 month as security so you have to pay from 3rd month?

Is it right? Since there is no mention of that?
