I have to send details like what I did yesterday and what i will do today in written to manager daily. Is this normal in all companies. It's like all team members tells these details to one team member he then has to send to manager /upper mgmt. It's my first company so asking about other companies as how it is there. U tell these things in scrum also anyways here i just give in writing also.
