I have to travel to Canada to activate my PR. I’m planning to have a long layover between flights. How much time is enough to go through the process of activating PR?

Base salary: 120k

Sign-on bonus:10k

Bonus: 15%

No stock options

How competitive is this, and what should I negotiate for please? The written offer comes after verbal agreement.
