I have to vent here after posting my interview experience on their glassdoor profile. This place insisted on an in-person interview at their headquarters, which is 2.5hrs from my home for a remote job listing. I get there, and 2 of the 3 panel members are on Zoom. Seriously?!? Why waste my time and gasoline and make me pay for street parking when this could have been on Zoom? Then, before they began questioning, they stated that the pay would be 5% less than advertised due to budget cuts.

After a final interview, how many days after can I expect an answer from the recruiter?

At the end of the interview, the person told me I passed the interview and they were going to talk to the Director who’s a level under them. It’s a yes for them and they’re happy to work with me.

I also sent my references. I don’t know when I can expect an reply. Recruiters from that company aren’t really organised

Apologies if this is repetitive, but here for some inspiration stories… I prepped hard for the first (phone interview) McK 30-min evaluative case study (Digital Associate role) but failed it cause I couldn’t calm my nerves… is it realistic to hope that with more hard work, I can at least make it to the final rounds next time round? 3 attorney firm. I’ve been here for 6 years and have used Westlaw exclusively. Now we are switching to Lexis because apparently Westlaw is too expensive. I hate change. I know where everything is on Westlaw and now I need to relearn. Apparently Westlaw will not budge on price and would rather just see a client leave than work with them. Super annoying. They told me to focus on contract management, which I have been doing for the past year.
