I have two job offers—one from HCLTech and another from Persistent.
HCLTech: ₹25 LPA (including ₹4 lakh variable)
Persistent: ₹24 LPA (fixed) 1 lakh variable

I’m inclined toward HCLTech due to better job security. Could anyone provide insights or advice?

Has anybody approached the job search process by rounding up a list of dream companies rather than certain roles? Would love to hear some input.

I had a job interview for a role that I really want. The hiring manager scheduled me for an interview and did not show up. Emailed me an hour later stating that he got super busy and couldn’t attend, and would like to reschedule. This is a major red flag, but I can’t help but feel that I am missing out since this role pays 50% over what I currently make. Should I let the recruiter know? What’s your take on this?

Join any dam company in world but dont join lala company HCL. Worked there for 20 days only last yr and 1year later i got my relieving letter after multiple tortures of legal notices for not serving notice period even though when they themselves released me.. from 160k to 0 that i paid them.
