Accenture 23.74 including 25% variable fixed is 18.70
YOE 7
Relevant and skills. 4 yrs in data science plus genai

Accenture mentioned variable range is between 0 to 25% what is that how they pay this variable.

In Accenture they mention it’s 0-27% but actually they pay between 4-10% only. Sometimes little higher if they promote a person. Otherwise it’s just on paper
