I have two offers
Accenture - 10.7 LPA(Management L10 Senior analyst)
Citi - 20.5 LPA (C10)

I have 2.5 YOE and my joining is on 2nd March at both.

I haven't received 1st day instructions from Citi, which is where I'm hoping to join. But when I did email thr HR she did not say anything that might hint to me that my offer is being revoked. She just said the Onboarding team will connect with me.

Should I inform Accenture that won't be joining them? Or should I play it safe?
Please help! Thanks

Citi on boarding is slow process.. look for better opportunities. Citi layoffs are risk as well

Citi offer is a lot better, paywise, but i will advise stay away from citi for a year or two. The situation is really bad out here and I don't see it improving in a few years.

Join Citi. Don’t think too much since difference is huge. Layoffs are everywhere and in every company. Work only for 1-2 years. Don’t think of settling in Citi. Infact don’t think of settling anywhere. In this era of AI that’s the only survival strategy, don’t stay anywhere more than 1-2 years.

Hello All - I struggle with time management. I take medication but I have no idea whether a task will take 40 mins or 4 hours. Because of this, I over commit and under deliver. Also, having been on the receiving end of criticism, over time I have developed a perfectionist streak. I won't turn it in if it is good enough. How do you break out of this habit?

I had my Assessor interview this past week and received a pre-screening questionnaire that asked about dual citizenship status. Because I don't even have a passport for the country I am a dual citizen for, I didn't even think about the possibile complications this could lead to with my application. I applied through a career fair at school and didn't see the citizenship requirements, so I guess that's on me.

Born in the US and lived here all my life. Am I screwed regardless?
