I think my company has not so good insurance but that’s just compared to friends I know that work down at the docks/port.
Current medical plan - single person.

$1700 deductible
$4000 out of pocket max
100% preventive covered
80% diagnostic covered AFTER deductible hit
80% prescription covered AFTER $200 deductible hit…

Citi on boarding is slow process.. look for better opportunities. Citi layoffs are risk as well
Citi offer is a lot better, paywise, but i will advise stay away from citi for a year or two. The situation is really bad out here and I don't see it improving in a few years.

Join Citi. Don’t think too much since difference is huge. Layoffs are everywhere and in every company. Work only for 1-2 years. Don’t think of settling in Citi. Infact don’t think of settling anywhere. In this era of AI that’s the only survival strategy, don’t stay anywhere more than 1-2 years.
