Thoughts on changing jobs right now in these uncertain times and leaving the ‘security’ of the B4?

I left B4 last fall knowing a possible recession could happen soon. I went to a utility industry that recently went through a bunch of layoffs last year to have a more lean team. Currently they’re still giving out bunuses, and no one is getting laid off. I guess what I’m trying to say is, there are other companies that are secure. Just do some research before jumping ship :)

I have my doubts that b4 is secure. I felt more secure at a smaller firm honestly. People don’t get laid off as much there.

Hi everyone. Is it typical for the attorney to take credit for the work a paralegal does? An example: I gave some ideas about deposition questions and some observations I made (I was asked about giving suggestions) regarding a witness and the attorney mentioned that he’s the one that had these great questions/observations. Zero credit or thank you for the work I did.

But both the cases , I need to relocate.

Bnp seems more flexible with wfh option .10days offc and rest wfh.
