I have worked as a Treasury analyst, not high level and FP&A with no exposure to budgeting and forecasting, a year in each profile.
Now, I have offered the below roles and need to decide.
1. Financial analyst - where I would be working/assisting on Budgets and forecasting, with low pay of approx 65K
2. Treasury Analyst - with a high-level focus on Cash Mgt, borrowings, and derivatives. With a pay of 85K
3. mixed role - whr I be working with accounting, Treasury, FP&A with above 100k

Been working at my company as a new grad for almost a year, but don’t see myself in the team that I am in (working with Salesforce) for long term. Interested in frontend dev and have been learning on my own. Manager says chase doesnt have much React opportunities. Is it possible to make a switch when I barely have experience? Are there companies that will hire by seeing that I am willing to learn and am interested in frontend even tho I don’t have much experience with it yet?

This is a recent incident happened to me, was interviewed for tcs, salary discussion happened on 12th March and was told to wait for final approval and was told that offer letter would be rolled out in 2 weeks. Hr did not negotiate on the CTC either. After waiting for a month i tried reaching HR they did not respond. After multiple emails they simply say that they cannot move forward due to high deviations. Guys is this normal in TCS that even after final CTC discussions ,candidates get rejectd.

I have been stuck deciding between two offers (both in IC, but one is more program analysis -similar to consulting work but on the fed side, and actual analysis).

The program analysis offer is at a higher GS level and a more well known agency, but is not what I’m interested in.

Does anyone have any advice on how to make a decision? Go with what I want to do, or go with the more well known agency and higher gs?

Conflicted between both as I believe Cisco has a better brand value and great company to work for. But the offer from Verizon is competitive.
