Got senior developer role in fresenius medical care and technical architect or Engineering manager role in Altimetrik. Pay almost same nothing much difference.

I have 9.5 yrs of experience and am currently level 62 in Microsoft. I feel I should be Senior SE in Microsoft (level 63) but when I got microsoft offer last year the HR said it is the maximum they can give. Fixed base is 28 LPA.
